XL Stair Treads (Over 48″)

Wide and grand staircases need treads longer than a standard plank. Functional Stairs fabricates XL custom stair treads over 48 inches — the same seamless bend, integrated nosing, and exact floor match, sized for wider runs.

For the jobs standard treads can’t cover

• Extra-wide runs — treads longer than the standard 48″, for wide staircases.
• Any material — vinyl/LVT, SPC, WPC, or laminate, from any manufacturer.
• Seamless & matching — no seams or nose caps across the wider span.

Built to spec
