These Terms & Conditions govern your use of functionalstairs.com and your purchase of products and services from Functional Stairs, a brand of Functional Floors and Finishing LLC (“Functional Stairs,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders & products
Functional Stairs manufactures custom stair treads, risers, and related products for dealers, contractors, and builders. Product specifications, pricing, and lead times are confirmed at the time of order. Custom and made-to-order items may not be returnable. Delivery, pickup, and shipping terms are as stated on your order or quote.
Pricing & payment
Prices are as quoted or listed at the time of order and may change without notice. Payment terms are as agreed on your invoice.
Text messaging (SMS)
Functional Stairs offers an optional text-messaging program to keep customers informed about their orders (order received, in production, ready for pickup or delivery, and delivery coordination).
- Opt in: providing your phone number does not sign you up for texts — we use it to call you about your order. Texting is a separate, voluntary choice: opt in verbally when we speak with you, or check the optional SMS box on our order form and reply YES to a single confirmation message (double opt-in). Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies with the activity on your order.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
