We’re not a reseller or a job shop running someone else’s equipment. Functional Stairs developed its own high-speed, proprietary automated system for stair-tread fabrication — including a patent-pending vinyl bending process that’s ours alone. Our automated line bends a stair tread in about 30 seconds, so we scale to real volume without bottlenecking on hand labor — consistent treads order after order, and turnaround that never depends on a single craftsman’s schedule.

What we fabricate

• Custom vinyl / LVT / WPC stair treads — standard and XL (over 48″).
• SPC stair treads — rigid stone-composite core, dimensionally stable.
• Laminate stair treads — produced with our alternative laminate process.
• EverWhite core risers — bright white, non-porous.
• Add-ons — anti-slip tape, EZ Peel adhesive backing, and template tools.

Send us the vinyl flooring you already carry or install — any manufacturer, any style (SPC, WPC, LVT, loose lay, or laminate) — and our automated system bends and fabricates it into finished, ready-to-install treads that match the floor exactly.
